Tania Medina Bryant is an energetic, collaborative problem solver, attorney, and keynote speaker with a J.D., an M.S. in Cybersecurity, and an M.A. in Management. She has more than 15 years of experience advising executives, managers, attorneys, and federal agents on law and policy, network and data security strategy, risk and mitigation practices, regulatory compliance, and technology adoption. She’s an empathetic leader, a team encourager, and a cheerful colleague.As a maverick in her field, Tania has focused her career on cybersecurity law, data security, and technology. Her multi-faceted journey has included serving as an Air Force JAG officer prosecuting computer-related crimes, advising on national security investigations at the Department of Justice, directing oversight audits and investigations at the Department of Homeland Security, strategizing with executives at the FDIC on cybersecurity regulations, and supporting a global cybersecurity mission at Dell Technologies. Today, Tania leads the Cybersecurity and Technology Regulation program at Marsh McLennan, advising on the global cybersecurity and technology regulatory landscape, guiding corporate data governance obligations, and supporting incident response at the enterprise level.
